Shipping

Our company's shipping policy is as follows: Most orders are processed within 3-7 business day's after the order has been received. At this time we are not shipping internationally. We only ship orders Monday - Thursday. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and receive a tracking number. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Postal transit times will vary. Once a package is marked as shipped, we no longer hold responsibility for the package. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

 

We ship to whatever address your order is processed under. We will not be held responsible if your address is incorrect on your order. Please make sure your address is correct on your order before checking out.

 

 

Return Policy

Our products are hand crafted and inspected for quality. Due to orders being handmade ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED.

 

 Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This is at our company's discretion. Email us a picture of your item and proof of purchase at naturallyubyvictoria@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number in the email. Do not open the product, we will examine the product before issuing a credit, refund, or exchange. This offer is valid for 14 days after purchase. All issues following, the buyer takes full responsibility.  We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

 

 

 Lost/Stolen Package

NaturallyU by Victoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.  Our company is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please make sure the address used is correct and complete before placing your order. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted. 

If you place an order with an incomplete or wrong address, immediately send us an email to have the address changed.  If your order if shipped back to us you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
